On August 4th 2020 at the Port of Lebanon an explosion rocked the city and changed the lives of the people of Beirut. Rose Adam told me about her idea to assemble a book comprising of some celebrated cooks and chefs who share a love of Lebanese and Middle Eastern cooking, for the purpose of raising money for those so terribly affected by the tragedy in Beirut, Lebanon, how could I say no to contributing my time to the design and layout of this special book, it was the least I could do to help.
